Imported Ash lumber has a nearly white sapwood, while the heartwood color varies from greyish brown to light brown or light yellow. Ash wood has straight grains and a uniform texture. Ash wood is light in weight but very durable, stiff and strong.
Ash lumber is used for cabinets, doors, sport items and other parts of working tools.
